Privacy at Photos7
Reviewed: October 19, 2026
Photos7 is operated by Viralink LLC. This notice describes the current website, including the difference between local photo processing and optional online review.
Your photo and local processing
When you choose a photo, the browser decodes it, estimates facial landmarks, crops it, and creates a JPEG on your device. The normal crop and download flow does not upload your photo. The original file on your device is not overwritten. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-memory editing session.
External downloads and website delivery
Cloudflare delivers the website. The face-detection models are downloaded from Google-hosted infrastructure when needed. These network services receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details. Downloading the models does not send your photo to Google.
Optional AI review
If you choose the AI review when available, your cropped photo is sent to our Cloudflare Worker and onward to OpenAI for analysis. Our application does not intentionally save the photo to a database or object storage. Provider processing and retention are governed by their terms and account settings; local processing guarantees do not extend to this optional request. Review OpenAI’s privacy policy before using it.
Security and usage limits
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to check that an AI request is made by a person. The server uses an IP address for request limits. Infrastructure and error logs may contain request metadata. We do not include photo data in our own routine application logs.
Preferences and advertising
Your language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it through your browser settings. This website currently does not load AdSense or analytics trackers. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before those services are activated. Mobile app advertising is separate from this website.
Contact and requests
Messages sent to support are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support inbox. They contain what you choose to send, such as your email address and message. Avoid sending identity documents or personal photos. For privacy questions or requests about a support message, email support@photos7.com.
